Are these features already live?

These plans describe proposed implementation packages. The current website is a demonstration. Authentication, payments, reports, tracking and other operational modules require implementation and acceptance testing before production use.

What do the setup and monthly fees cover?

Setup covers configuration and implementation of the agreed standard modules. The monthly fee covers the agreed product subscription, updates and support allowance. Hosting capacity, storage, user limits, support hours and launch milestones are confirmed in the written agreement.

What is the first-year cost?

Starter is $2,187 and Professional is $4,387: the setup fee plus twelve monthly payments. Taxes, paid add-ons and third-party usage are additional. Enterprise is quoted after a requirements review.

Are mobile apps and laboratory integrations included?

Android/iOS applications, machine connectivity, LIS integrations and dedicated infrastructure require a separate scope and quotation. They are not included in the displayed Starter or Professional prices.

Are SMS, WhatsApp, hosting and transaction fees extra?

Domain registration, external hosting beyond any agreed allowance, SMS/OTP, WhatsApp, email usage, payment processing, app-store fees and other external services are charged separately as agreed.

Can I upgrade or buy a one-time custom build?

Yes. We can scope an upgrade or a separate custom-development contract. Source-code ownership, cancellation, renewal, billing start date and data export terms are agreed before purchase. Enquiries do not create a subscription.
